Our panel will be moderated by Prof. Salome Bukachi from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She will guide the discussion with a fantastic lineup of speakers who bring a wealth of expertise and experience:

- Discuss current evidence on the integral role of diversity and equity principles in the successful implementation of a One Health approach.
- Showcase new research and activities that support greater consideration of diversity and equity in One Health initiatives.
Committing to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in One Health can drive a shift towards prevention by engaging a range of disciplines and diverse actors, including under-served groups (such as Indigenous peoples, farmers, individuals from low- and middle-income countries and especially women across these groups). Our panel will highlight their crucial contributions and how their involvement enhances One Health strategies and ultimately fosters prevention and Global Health security for all.
