The Women for One Health network is dedicated to promoting diversity and equity within the scientific community, especially at high-profile conferences like the World One Health Congress. In this letter, we publicly acknowledge the gender imbalance and lack of diversity among speakers and moderators at the WOHC 2022 in Singapore and advocate for the inclusion of underrepresented voices.
